Our reputation as a title company means everything to us. We’ve been in business now for a decade and we have worked hard to establish Settlement Engine as a respectable title insurance company.
Our owner Michel Casele started Settlement Engine during the housing crisis in 2008. When the real estate industry was in complete flux and disarray she saw an opportunity to create business that helps. Settlement Engine was founded to do more than perform title searches. It was created as a one-stop shop for real estate professionals and property buyers. Our portfolio of services is long and lengthy because we believe in going above and beyond for our clients.
One of our clients, an executive at Residential Lending named Brenda, has said that “the back room at Settlement Engine goes the distance to make sure that everything is done extremely thoroughly.” We know that your clients are depending on you to get things done right. Settlement Engine has from the beginning serviced all of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. New Jersey has the highest population density in America, an average of 1030 people per sq. mile. Pennsylvania, is the 6th most populated state in America. Both were original colonies and have histories that go back centuries. Despite all the people and the history, this is the place Settlement Engine calls home. We know the area, we know the history and we can sift through everything to find the right information you need for your title and real estate needs. It doesn’t matter how complicated things may be, we always find the answer.
Our reputation wasn’t built overnight. We’ve worked hard to show our customers that doing our best for them is what is most important to us. We don’t just say what we are going to do, we do it. As Warren Buffett said: “ It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it.”
We’ve been in this business a decade now and worked hard to build up a reputation as a knowledgeable, smart, fast, and thorough title agency and we aren’t going to ruin our reputation by making mistakes.
