In 2008, in the midst of the housing crisis, Michele Casale saw an opportunity in the decline of the mortgage market and started Settlement Engine. It was a bold move that resulted in a company that has grown into a respected title insurance company in a competitive industry. Ms. Casale’s experience as an Executive Producer for film and television served her well in heading up this business. Her unflagging commitment to integrity, combined with her abilities as a team leader, dealing with chaos, making last minute decisions and hiring an experienced team — all helped her turn Settlement Engine into a creative force respected by its peers. Creative? In the title business? Absolutely! Convincing executives to switch title companies is difficult at best. Meet the Team
Michele is the powerhouse behind Settlement Engine. She spent decades producing award-winning movies, television commercials and videos. The skills that made her so successful at production served her well when she took on the title industry. Michele’s dynamic personality, professionalism, attention to detail and drive to keep a consistent concierge level of service are the cornerstones of her title company. She strives to provide customer service beyond the typical standard, and demands an award winning performance from her staff to create a title company like none other.
Denise’s 35 plus years in the relationship driven real estate industry, results in her understanding people, as well as every step of the title process. Her career includes being a realtor, various positions in the mortgage industry into owning a mortgage processing company. Denise is passionate about her relationships, she wants to educate your clients and in turn, help you grow your business.
Jadah Hill has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Her background includes mortgage and title, and her most recent and longstanding career working in the title insurance industry. Her career includes holding positions as a Title Agent, Trainer, Regional Director, Vice President, and currently as a Business Developer, where she can focus on building and maintaining relationships. These years of expertise will assist her clients in achieving their real estate dream.
Megan’s background as a recruiter for real estate agents, has given her a unique insight into the value of a great title company to the agent and transaction. From her vantage point, and being associated with Settlement Engine, provides Megan with the tools needed to build and maintain relationships in all aspects of residential and commercial transactions. Megan’s drive, intuitiveness, and her integrity makes her a great resource for YOU.
Zoe has over 36 years of Operation Experience in building and managing Title and Closing Companies. She is a master of the four M’s, Managing, Motivating, Mentoring and Monitoring. Those skills will maximize our productivity and improve the extremely high-end expertise that service Settlement Engine provides to our clients. She is highly skilled in effective leadership with a focus on organizational efficiency, process and procedures, training, workflow analysis and customer service. Zoe is committed to Settlement Engine’s continued growth and success.
Cindy has over 32 years of experience as a title company business owner. Cindy looked far and wide for a company that shares the work ethic she delivered to her clients for many years. We are proud she chose Settlement Engine as her new home.
Anna Marie has been a closing coordinator since 2004, so she knows how to navigate to get your clients to the closing table seamlessly. She can handle whatever comes her way with confidence and knowledge. Anna Marie will make you look like a rock star.
Deborah knowledge of the title process allows her to create, review and submit all the title insurance policies to our lenders. Deborah 10+ years gives her the responsibility of being our Office Manager too!
Sarena’s background as a paralegal in commercial title brings to the company her keen sense and knowledge of title for starting the process of order entry into servicing her business partners.
Chelsea’s detail oriented background in retail planning allows her to be a great company representative. Chelsea collects the additional data from our clients that is pertinent to our transactions.
