I’ve been in the business for 35 years and at one time in the title business. I know a good company and Settlement Engine is my preference for my clients.

We have used Settlement Engine on 3 transactions, two single family homes and one muti-family apartment/multiple building purchase. We used to work with another title company, but they were bought out. After one closing with the new company, we moved over to Settlement Engine.
