I’ve been in the business for 35 years and at one time in the title business. I know a good company and Settlement Engine is my preference for my clients.

My wife and I worked directly with Denise who was able to clearly explain our options for title insurance and made sure that everything ran smoothly through our settlement. Would recommend this company, and Denise in particular, to anyone looking to do a property transaction.

My Team has been working with Settlement Engine for several years. They are amazing! Their responsiveness is unparalleled. I have been in real estate for over 20 years and Michele and her team make sure we get to settlement on time with the correct information. They are accommodating when we need to have a split settlement or a unique time. Whenever there is a problem with a title they jump right on it to get it resolved (instead of waiting until the last minute like some title companies will). Settlement Engine is great to work with! They handle the transaction from A to Z seamlessly.
