We have used Settlement Engine on 3 transactions, two single family homes and one muti-family apartment/multiple building purchase. My Team has been working with Settlement Engine for several years. They are amazing! Their responsiveness is unparalleled. I have been in real estate for over 20 years and Michele and her team make sure we get to settlement on time with the correct information. They are accommodating when we need to have a split settlement or a unique time. Whenever there is a problem with a title they jump right on it to get it resolved (instead of waiting until the last minute like some title companies will).
