Closings Without the Chaos

We have used Settlement Engine on 3 transactions, two single family homes and one muti-family apartment/multiple building purchase. We used to work with another title company, but they were bought out. After one closing with the new company, we moved over to Settlement Engine. If it’s our choice, we will continue to use Settlement Engine in the future. The entire team is great to work with, Settlement Engine does a fantastic job.

On difficult transactions much research is needed but Settlement Engine goes the distance to make sure everything is done thoroughly and a solid commitment is issued. They never have a problem closing last minute or in the evening.

They are accommodating when we need to have a split settlement or a unique time. Whenever there is a problem with a title they jump right on it to get it resolved (instead of waiting until the last minute like some title companies will).
