Order
Title requests for both Residential and Commercial transactions can be sent to orders@settlementengine.com. An order confirmation will follow.
Buyer & sellers will also receive an email from Settlement Engine and Closinglock. With this easy login, your information and funds are SECURE and INSURED.
Title Search
We can perform a current owner search in 24-48 hours. A 60-year search, typically takes 5 to 7 days.
Commercial searches could take longer; however, our underwriter prioritize our requests to keep things moving.
Title Clearing
Our commitment to you is to resolve any liens, claims or legal issues on a property’s title to ensure it can be legally transferred to a new owner.
Closing
Our dedicated Settlement Engine Team work closely with all parties to ensure every document arrives on time for the closing.
Our experienced Signing Agents will guide you through all documents. We can facilitate closings anywhere, offering flexible signing options to fit your needs.
Funding
Funding is critical on closing day, and we make sure all required funds are available and properly disbursed, allowing the transaction to be completed, ownership to transfer, and the deal to legally close without delays or risk.
Recording
Recording finalizes the transaction by making it part of the public record, establishing ownership, and protecting the lender’s position against future claims.
